Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy: 
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our part. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at Slayedbytyrenee@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will email you to notify you. We will also email you once the new item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number. 

* Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing.
